Gallery: Bayless School District’s Visit to The Capitol

By Sophia Donis

On April 30, students and administrators from Bayless School District’s Refugee Education Program spent the day visiting the Missouri State Capitol. The group was invited by Rep. Michael Burton and Rep. Bridget Walsh Moore to be recognized in both the House and Senate Chambers.

In addition to visiting the chamber floors, students toured the Hall of Famous Missourians, viewed the Governor’s office and had a private tour of Sen. Doug Beck’s office.
