Building Intentional Volunteer Community Partnerships: Providers will learn how to utilize soft skills such as active listening, collaboration, problem solving, and redirection to work with volunteers. The presenter will provide boundary-setting scenarios and real experiences local resettlement sites have had with volunteers crossing boundaries.
