Sounding Board for Community Sponsorship Staff: Centering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Community Sponsorship: To build effective and responsive community sponsorship programs that promote true community transformation, principles such as diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) must be centered in design and policies. During this session, colleagues from International Rescue Committee will share tools utilized within their agency. Participants will consider utilizing this tool and other DEI principles in their program design and management.
