Create Welcoming Campus Communities: Empower Refugee Students:

The workshops in this free online summit will provide an overview of the potential opportunities for universities and colleges in the United States to sponsor refugee students under the newly established private sponsorship program Welcome Corps. The workshop will aim at providing participants with an overview of the steps campuses can take to build on-campus support, how to best leverage campus resources to support refugee newcomers on campus, and the benefits of welcoming refugee students for campus communities.
