Always Welcome: How Small-to-Midsize Localities are Welcoming New Arrivals: Leaders from Portland, Maine, Dane County, Wisconsin and San Jose, California will share how their offices are responding and collaborating with community-based organizations to create and implement welcoming initiatives and long-term opportunities for newcomers. We will also be providing an overview of NPNA’s ‘Always Welcome’ effort, sharing resources, and holding space for questions.
