R4R5 will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at Tower Grove Park.

All proceeds from R4R5 benefit the International Institute of St. Louis, which provides vital services to immigrants & refugees arriving in STL from around the world. IISTL will be celebrating its 103rd anniversary on race weekend!

Online registration closes at 11:59pm on November 16th, and in-person registration is available at packet pickup and on race morning.

R4R started back in 2017 in response to the initial federal ban on 7 Muslim-majority nations. Since our inaugural event we have raised over $30,000 for our local refugee and immigrant community via the International Institute of St. Louis. Join our family-friendly event (bring those dogs & strollers!) and help create a more welcoming community for ALL!
