This workshop brings to SLU Law some of the world's leading scholars to address the risk of refugees. Are refugees at risk, embodying human suffering in vulnerable persons that should be welcomed by others, or do refugees represent a risk for governments? Does the current global refugee crisis present a conflict between human rights and State sovereignty without a solution? How can we make a difference?
