Sounding Board: Preparing Case Workers to Engage with Sponsors: 

Community sponsorship staff will discuss training and approaches for empowering caseworkers to engage with sponsors. Participants will also consider effective communication policies and program design elements that lend themselves towards a productive relationship between caseworkers and sponsors.
