Strategic Messaging to Expand Support for People Seeking Refuge

Strategic Messaging to Expand Support for People Seeking Refuge: This session will draw on field work, polling, and extensive qualitative and quantitative research the Refugee Advocacy Lab has conducted to identify impactful messaging strategies that work to increase support for the protection and inclusion of people who have been displaced among diverse U.S. audiences. This will include best practices and an interactive training opportunity on centering those with lived experience as critical messengers whose stories and personal experience can most effectively shape the public discourse.
