Supporting Clients’ Digital Literacy: This MO-ORA training is intended for service providers who want to learn more about how they can support clients in getting online and gaining digital skills. Participants will learn strategies to overcome the Digital Divide, best practices for training clients to use technology, recommendations for digital literacy curriculum, and how to implement a strengths-based approach to clients’ digital skills learning.
