Missouri Refugee Empowerment Program

The EMPOWER program is primarily an employability program.

MO-ORA in collaboration with the Missouri Department of Social Services (DSS) announced the availability of State of Missouri funds for the Missouri Refugee Empowerment Program to support refugee employment, English Language Learning (ELL) and transportation for employment.
