Services to Older Refugees
This program ensures that refugees age 60 and above have access to mainstream aging services in their community.
These activities, services, and resources in turn support overall physical and emotional health, help integrate into new communities, and support independent living.

Transportation
Home Care, Adult Day Care & Respite Care
Nutrition Services & Meals Delivered to Homebound Clients
