CORE has launched The Road Ahead, a new comprehensive domestic Cultural Orientation (CO) curriculum that can serve as a foundational resource for CO delivery and planning. The Road Ahead offers an organized, interactive, and participant-centered curriculum. It addresses all domestic CO Objectives and Indicators and is flexible for local customization. The new channel is for resettlement staff globally to access CORE's recent webinars, informational videos, and recorded learning opportunities to continue their learning and professional development on delivering effective CO.

Delivering Effective Remote Cultural Orientation: Remote Cultural Orientation is administered either by telephone, virtually, or through a combination of these two methods. While CORE has existing resources on How to Deliver Remote Cultural Orientation, this resource provides additional in-depth guidance and tips.
The Cultural Orientation Glossary Now Available in Ukrainian: Visit CORE’s Working with Interpreters page to download the new glossary and find additional interpretation resources. Coming Next: CORE’s Settle In website will be available in Ukrainian, complete with fact sheets, videos, and podcasts.
Online Safety Tip Sheet: This tip sheet, available in multiple languages, was created by the Center for Adjustment, Resilience, and Recovery (CARRE) to help service providers educate clients on how to respond to online threats or harassment. Click here to access it.
CORE Refugee Communications Resource Catalog, October 2018: Service providers and all refugee resettlement staff are encouraged to direct refugees toward these resources and to use them to reinforce face-to-face CO instruction and communications touch points with refugees. CORE will update this catalog as new resources and languages are added.
Settle In app: Available in mobile and desktop versions, the app can serve as a Cultural Orientation travel companion for refugees throughout the resettlement journey from pre-departure to post-arrival.
Housing orientation materials and resources from CORE: This unit provides focuses on the following key points: tenants in the U.S .have both rights and responsibilities, and the importance of understanding how to use basic household products and appliances properly and safely.
