This toolkit is for service providers who want to transition towards offering more remote/hybrid services for clients. This toolkit is for higher education staff and other service providers serving ORR-eligible populations in Missouri. The purpose of the toolkit is to provide resources and information that can be helpful in the admissions and financial aid application processes for refugee students. Topics that are covered include noncitizen eligibility for Federal Student Aid, in-state tuition policy, Office of Refugee Resettlement populations, documentation examples, scholarship opportunities, and additional toolkits, webinars, and publications.
