Refugee Health Promotion

Missouri Medical Replacement Designee (MRD) - Missouri USCRI is seeking sub-grantees to implement the Missouri Refugee Health Promotion Program.

The Missouri Refugee Health Promotion (RHP) program aims to promote the health and well-being of refugees and other ORR-eligible populations through opportunities to increase health literacy, coordinate health care, and organize wellness groups.

Interested in partnering?

The U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI) invites Local Resettlement Agencies, Refugee Medical Screening Clinics, and other non-profit refugee service providers, such as community-based organizations and English Language Learning service providers, to submit initial proposals for FY2024. We especially encourage current or former federal grantees to apply.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) linked below includes more information about the expectations for sub-recipients and instructions to apply. USCRI will select organizations to implement services for the RHP Program, beginning January 1, 2024, and ending September 30, 2024, with the potential to renew funding for FY25 (10/1/2024 - 9/30/2025).

Initial Proposal Documents and Budget Template:

Please note that organizations must submit separate budgets for each eligible population group they plan to serve (Afghan RHP, Base RHP, and/or Ukrainian RHP). For more details, see RFP.

To register for the optional, informational pre-bid conference on November 9, 2023, please fill out this form here. Any questions submitted through this Q&A form will be compiled and answered immediately following the pre-bid conference and on a rolling basis until the contract award.
